1. Stolen petrol. When I have handed over my CRETA HR 11L 6647 for repair that time petrol was half and I have taken that's time hardly I have reached 1Kms away on petrol pump.
2. Changed one ac part.
3. Written false entry of towing in computer once I have brought my self once Prince Hyundai refused to tow.

    Hello sir or mam, I am doing work with hyundai from feb 2018 but novelty hyundai did not increase my salary from 7000 rupees and not give me my training certificates and experience certificates although my honesty is the peak level . I never use faul language and live with unity love as well as peace but the head of department never listen my any loveable talks . I told branch manager to give my certificates before 6 months but he does not interest on my talks please help me its my future because i want to do marriage please give my certificates

        I got my usual car servicing done from "Mahadev Hyundai" a month back but after a couple of days of servicing my car's self-start stopped working. I got stuck in the market and called Mahadev Hyundai, they sent a mechanic to have a look and when the car didn't start after inspection, he asked me to tow the car to the agency. Shockingly he asked me to drive the car to the agency while towing rather than hiring an expert to do that. It was very unsafe and risky for me to do that on the highway yet I did it because I was stuck there and I wanted my car to get repaired ASAP. Once we reached the agency, after another inspection I was informed that my car's battery was fine and there was a minor wiring issue which had been resolved by them and there was no need for a battery replacement at all. I took their word for granted and moved on but this morning again my car's self start stopped working and I called the agency again. Today they again sent the mechanic (but this time with a charging battery), the mechanic did some inspection and with that charging battery he started the car. Now when I asked him the exact issue (if it was battery related or a wiring one), I got no response from him and he asked me to call his supervisor for details. I have called the supervisor n times but he is not responding at all. Now I am frustrated to the core because the mechanic said the car's battery warranty has expired and you might need to buy a new one. Even more annoying is, I don't know the exact problem and a month back when I asked the agency to replace the battery, they said it's perfectly fine. It seems like a way to extract money from the customer. Is it the standard Hyundai has set for its customers? I really want to start dropping negative reviews of Hyundai and Mahadev Hyundai Agency on social media but I thought let's hear from Hyundai first.

          We have bought venue sx 1.5 CRDi in augest 2020 and completed 2 servicing but the vehicle didn't give average more than 16 but the company says it gives 23.7 kmpl and the service showroom have not satisfied us with our problem. Please tell us what to do in this situation that no one is there makes a solution for our problem.

              Registered my complain over mail. Ref no is 1-[protected]. I am getting literally fade up with the poor & pathetic service from Hyundai Shivalik dealer here in Ahmedabad. It's almost 25 days but there is no strong resolution provided by Area manager, RM of Hyundai even after many mail, chat & toll free center conversation. More I think I should bring this issue in notice of media & consumer forum.

                I am having Hyundai GRAND i 10, having Registration No. MH 15 EP 3915. Yesterday (16/06/2021) I gave my car to Shirode Hyundai, Nashik, Maharashtra. My complaint : This is third time I have competent against Shirode Hyundai, Nashik, MS. The Service is very poor, problems of vehicle is not sorted out, no body is answerable about work done. Also not showing CC TV footage regarding work carried out by service station. Problem not sorted out as told at the time of vehicle handed over to service station. Wheel alignment and balancing done, amount charges for the same and report not given. While asking the report they told that "we are not giving the report to customer as our policy is not to give report".

                  I booked Verna car SX model on 15th May with Agency name Mahadev Hyundai Faridabad NHPC Chowk. They ordered car on 7th June for manufacturing. But till date there is no any information available with these persons. My sisters marriage is after 8 days only. I am continuously touch with all but no confirmed date i got till time .
                  i am in so much tension and obsessed with this .

                          I hereby lodge a strict complaint against Malwa Hyundai, Ganaur Sonipat Haryana for treating their customers in an unprofessional manner. Their Sales Manager, Mr. Anil had given reference to Mr. Vikas Tyagi. After prolonged negotiations on 26th April 2021, I finalized Hyundai Aura cars, S CNG version, White color. I even paid them a booking amount of INR 5000/- for the car instantly via Paytm. Mr. Vikas Tyagi promised me the delivery of the car between 20th May to 30th May, as well as further booking confirmation letter and other details within the next few days.

                          To date, I don't know about the status of the car delivery. ON 8th May, when I made an effort to Reach Mr. Vikas Tyagi, he informed me about the delay in delivery because of lockdown and Hyundai Plants are shut for one month. and he promised me the delivery on 2nd or 3rd of June. Later on, I saw in the newspaper that the Hyundai plant shut down between 25th May to 29th May, due to unrest among the workforce. when I contacted Mr. Vikas Tyagi, he was not at all unapologetic about the delay, rather he was justifying himself by saying that we committed, and not all commitments in life can be fulfilled. I reminded him that he was still under obligation. He called me and told me my car will be delivered near about 15th June and asked me for car loan papers and I applied for the same and got a confirmation letter from the bank and I shared the details with Mr. Vikas Tyagi. He told me on 9th june, my car is out for delivery on 6th June 2021 and will be delivered on 13th June 2021. When I contacted him on the 13th of June, he told car has not reached to the showroom and it may come any day. I reminded him that as a customer it's my right to know where is my car in transit and when it will be delivered. but he never gave me any satisfactory answer. I further mentioned to him that one irritated customer will deter at least 10 other customers, and I will ensure that this word reaches out to all other potential Hyundai customers, local newspapers, media channels, and blog sites on the internet. On this Mr. Vikas Tyagi, he will give another person's booking car and too of different colour and I agreed. But today, Mr. VIkas again refused the car delivery. On demanding a specific reason for denying he did not give any concrete answer either. I am suspecting, he has given my car to another person in black. This is not at all done and I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the competent court of law. I further intend to take the matter to full justice.I have all the call recording with Mr. Vikas and I am unable to attach here, as the option of attaching call recordings is not availabe.

                          I demand a full-scale written apology from MR. Vikas Tyagi AND Malwa HYUNDAI Ganaur. Stern action must be taken against both the dealership and the salesman which are trying to seriously damage the image of a customer-oriented company such as HYUNDAI. Further, I demand immediate delivery of my car. I hope somebody is listening at HYUNDAI-INDIA. I never hoped for such an unpleasant start with HYUNDAI.

                            Dear sir,

                            Please note that I've taken delivery of New Hyundai AURA S CNG car on 20th May 2021.

                            I'm going through a lot of problems after a week.

                            Following are the problems.

                            1. Rare windows are going up smoothly but It sounds abnormal than other cars.
                            2. Hazard lights sound, back sensors sounds are not working since 31st May 2021.

                            3. Front glass has markings of vaccum pick are didn't get cleared in rain.

                            4. Side glass has rainbow like markings in rain. They are not clear.

                            5. After doing 1st servicing automatic lock of door is not working every time I've to do it with key.

                            6. In 1st servicing problem for instrument cluster is detected till today. Which might cause damage of other parts of vehicle.

                                My car's AVN is dead.Hyundai service manager is saying it is because o[censored]pdate which i did 20 days ago, but even after update avn was working properly for 10 days.
                                Now hyundai is asking to pay 24000Rs for AVN.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I planned to purchase a car (Creta S Diesel) from your esteemed company for which i contacted to the sales person Mr. Bunty Pawar of M/S Himgiri Auto, Golf course road Gurgaon (Haryana).
                                  I feel very sad to say that I had never even imagined how irresponsible the people working in Himgiri Auto. The management of M/S Himgiri Autao has not only broken the trust of the customer but has tainted the image of Hyundai.
                                  Please go through carefully the dirty exploits of this management.

                                  1. The sales person given the assurance that the vehicle will be provided after one month of booking.
                                  2. The vehicle was booked on 27.03.2021 with the booking amount Rs 20, 000/- (Twenty Thousand Only)
                                  3. Me and friend Mr Devdutt Sharma (advocate) stayed in touch with the sales person.
                                  4. The sales person (Mr Bunty Pawar) intimated on dated 25.05.2021 that your vehicle is ready and available at our showroom Gurgaon. We requested him that we need vehicle on dated 06.06.2021. The sales person assured that it will be delivered on dated 06.06.2021, if the payment is made on or before 31.05.2021 or otherwise we will sale it out to someone else.
                                  5. We trusted the sales person visited to your show room M/S Himigiri Auto, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon on 29.05.2021
                                  6. Asked him to see the car. He said that the car is available at our Delhi showroom. It was perhaps his first lie. We asked him why he told a lie. He pretended explaining some problem and again assured and it will be delivered to you on 06.06.2021.
                                  7. He again compelled us to make the payment on or before 31.05.2021 so that the he will get the car arranged on dated 06.06.2021
                                  8. A payment for Rs 819500/- was made by us on dated 29.05.2021 and simultaneously got the car finance of Rs 5 lacs done through your company.
                                  9. Remaining payment for Rs 192946/- was made on 02.06.2021

                                  We called the sales person on dated 05.06.2021 to confirm the readiness of the vehicle and its delivery. Now he says that the vehicle is not available. What a joke is this? Do such type of irresponsible persons work there? If there was an issue in delivering the car in time, is it not the duty of the sales person or management to inform the customer well before in time.
                                  In view of the above it clearly shows the total negligence on the part of sales person and the entire management of M/S Himgiri Auto. Sorry to say that I am compelled to think that this seems to be case of cheating or making the customer fool.
                                  The car has not been delivered by you. The complete payment has been made to you. The first instalment has been deducted from my account before the date we fixed. Please explain why these things happened?
                                  Further, as per my discussion had with Mr. Vijay Khanna (GM) over phone and personally meeting of my friend Mr Devdutt Sharma with him on dated 06.06.2021, Mr Khanna has assured that the car shall be ready to be delivered before 15.06.2021.
                                  Today on dated 14.06.2021 my friend Mr. Devdutt Sharama talked to Vijay Khanna and today he is saying the the car is loaded from Chennai today. The sequence of events have been explained to you for your understanding.
                                  I am able to understand why this has happened. I didn't even think that there was such such people working in your company. Really i am very said with the behavior of the entire management of M/S Himigiri Auto

                                      For a new car from i10 NIOS Quotation was given to us from the showroom, 33000 of the insurance. And when the insurance paper was received then 23000 was something when we asked my 10000 what happened the correct answer is not being given. Showroom plz help is not working to return my money.
