Hyundai Motor India — hyundai burdwan service issues | |||
I am Bappa Ghosh, a customer of Hyundai EON car. I am going to Burdwan Rudra Hyundai for 1st services but after servicing, the time of delivering the vehicle it was socking for me. Vehicle was disputed by service person. After some enquiry they are agreed that this kind of mistakes made by them and they are committed to repair the damage and vehicle was delivered on next to next day's. After repairing the damages they are confirm over phone, vehicle was ready for delivery. But when I am going to take the vehicle I was again socked, they are repair but clearly understand by us the vehicle was repainted. After some discussion I don't agreed to take the dispute vehicle. Sales Manager said this is not our part of our job and Service Manager don't meet with us and don't pick up our phone calls. My friend having same kind of problem with the dealer services. In that time we are told them but they are repeatedly doing same things. Was this information helpful? | |||
