Hyundai Motor India — hyundai creta just 2 months old service centre demanding illegal money for resolving complaint

I have purchased hyundai creta from alwar rajasthan modern hyundai dealership which after few days is making some sort of noise on its one side for which the service centre at alwar is demanding illegal money to resolve the complaint and the staff and the mechanics talk in an arrogant manner as if i am some of their servant. Looks like have done a huge mistake going for hyundai which at such early stage for a costly vehicle like creta on which one spends a huge amount of money does not provide assistance rather try to extort the customer.
