Dear Sir,
I purchased Hyundai Creta sx petrol car on 15th December 2021 from AM Hyundai Motors Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir in the name of my wife & till date I am either requesting RSA or visiting service centres frequently for its starting problem. The battery goes totally dead after almost every 2 months. The service centre once changed the battery which ran for almost nine months & again same problem started. The service centre engineers are unable to diagnose the problem & they simply charge the battery & return the vehicle. The car lies more in service centres than it is with me which is really a harassment after spending huge amounts. The engineers in the Jammu service centre are perhaps not educated/experienced enough to diagnose the fault in my car. They simply beat about the bush & keep on experimenting on my car. I request the company to either deploy some trained/experienced engineer who could at least detect the fault or get my vehicle replaced. I also request the company to give me some alternative car till the fault in my car is corrected so that I can run my day to day activities smoothly. An early action in this regard shall be highly solicited.
