Dear Sir,
I bought Hyuandi Creta sx Petrol in December 2021 and till now I have almost visited the service centres 20 or more times and also got RSA for more than 5 to 6 times. The vehicle is giving me continuous trouble since its purchase. The new vehicle started giving me trouble just after 3 to 4 months of its purchase, I had to take RSA or to contact service centres regularly till then. The battery of the vehicle was replaced once by the service centre & it ran effectively for 9 months and again the battery is being drained after every 2 months. The vehicle is still in the service centre for the last 5 days & they are unable to diagnose the problem & giving me useless explanations. Today morning they have again sent the Battery to get it charged & checked because the battery was totally dead. I think the vehicle has some manufacturing glitch which is beyond service station's detection expertise & needs to be addressed at higher levels. I request you to either engage some expert from outside to guide the engineers in the service station here at Jammu or otherwise get my car replaced.
