[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — hyundai customer care executive reluctant to take complaint | |||
I have a xcent with reg no:KA02 MJ4832, its rear lock is defective.when I approached service center-Blue hyundai in bangalore, they had agreed to replace it under warranty. Even after repeated enquiries since two months they have not replaced it. I had cald hyundai customer care number [protected], executive Mr.Deepak dint take my complaint even after demanding for that and i even asked for complaint number which was not given.
