Hi Team,
I have booked Venue SXO Fairy Red on 13th April 2021. During booking I was promised to get car well within one and half months max. Since that time I was in continued conversation with Sales executive about the happenings and car availability and executive always said that car is in stock and not to worry at all. The PO from company released on 18th June soon after that Sales executive started telling cock n bull stories about car getting delayed. I couldn't understand why he has stories now but didn't tell anything for two months. I was very upset n angry, then I visited Rajaji Nagar Blue Hyundai showroom directly to speak to Manager NaveenKumar and discussion was not satisfactory. Till now I am clueless about when I might receive my car.
I am much much dependent on the car as I have really important commitments related to visiting to hospital for my baby. Also as I am buying car from my office loan, the company is concerned about the emi starts and car delivery confusions. Kindly help me on this matter
