I am very sorry to write this letter to you...
I had purchased a Hyundai eon car from Popular Hyundai Thrissur- in 2017. And all normal service and other works done by Hyundai Popular Thrissur only.
Yesterday my car got stuck due to a hand brake issue and I was travelling. (Saturday night 8.00pm)
That's why I Had to show up at a local workshop.
The experienced mechanic opened the rear wheel.
Both rear axle nut and axle teeth slipped. Because of a quality issue.
The important thing is, the Hyundai service team never opened the rear wheel.
It was full of dust and mud.
Dear Sir, I am simply asking you...Where is the quality product and where is the quality service.
Please look into this matter and do the needful.
