This is regarding my Hyundai GETZ bearing Reg. No HR51S6197. I have given this car for service at Capital Hyundai Sector 63 noida. I have opted for pick/drop from Gaur city noida. I said to adviser Deepak Rawat that there is no problem in the car and routine service is required.Car was delivered same day in the evening. As this was long weekend so I drived the car on 19th April. I have noticed that clutch is getting free and I was not able to change the gear.So I called the executive / Manager Deepak Rawat/ Mukesh Rana and explained them that there was no problem before service and why the problem appear after service. They take me car and does not give any job card/slip for the reference. They picked the car at 10:00am and up to 3:00 pm they did not tell me what is the problem and at 03:00pm Deepak called me that both the cylinder are not working well so need to be replaced and it will cost around 10000/- rupees. I request them that it was working perfect before service so it is not possible that both cylinder start making problem at the same time. I suggest them to check creating pressure by manually pushing the clutch paddle, but they refused. So I requested them to deliver my car so I will fix this problem in another service center. They said we can not deliver the car. I made more than 15 to 20 calls to the manager, but every time he said that driver is on the way and will reach in 5 minutes. I waited from 03:00 pm to 5:45 pm, after that I visited the service center and found that car was there and the manager was making fool of me. I have signed the required document and share my comments in the job card. You need to check those comments. Finally I went to local service center. He checked and found both the cylinders are OK and tried to make pressure by manually pushing the clutch paddle and problem was resolved.He charged me only 400/- rupees.So you can compare your adviser/Manager /mechanic with the local service center mechanic, he was loyal and very friendly. I am using my Hyundai GETZ car from last ten years. I keep on servicing at Sunrise Hyundai parpargunj, without any problem and staff was very friendly and co-operative. However my experience with Capital Hyundai service center is Both the persons where: -Very unprofessional --Extremely unknowledgable --Very rude in talking --I was totally unsatisfied with the service --They tried to cheat the people. --Without check the car after service, the car was delivered without checking.
