Sir i manas kumar mohapatra from odisha purchased a hyundai grand i10 sporz car from fairdeals dipatolly, ranchi on 26 sep 2017. But the dealer failed to provide from no 21&22 for registration of my car even after 45 days. I bought this car for my better life style. But now i unable to use it. Who is responsible for it.
