Dear hyundai,

On (May/2019), i bought a latest new launch hyundai car i20 sportz+vtvt reg. No. 'ka51mn 0533' at trident hyundai showroom and recent service done in june/2020.

Unfortunately, your product and service has not performed well because while running 80 speed cliché, break and gear together stuck, stopped working on 13 and 23/july/2020, my family taken narrow turn from the death on ‘nice road highway near electronic city’. I am disappointed because i20 latest version i taken and within 5000 km cliche, break and gear stopped working, when i went to hyundai service center manager renias asking insurance for hyundai manufacturing defect, advising no injuries and death happened so not a big issue hyundai can’t do anything, now my car in the hyundai service center but not a proper resolution.

I am worried like hyundai making car for death?

To resolve the problem, i would appreciate my money back or car replacement only.

I bought Hyundai Creta SX (Petrol) in September 2018. There were some inherent issues with the car:

1) car wipers were making lot of noise (rubber was defective) as they wipe on glass... the executives tried to fix the issue during periodic services but could not do... finally during my last service this month, one of the lady supervisor took care of it... and I am hoping that I do not face the same issue when I extensively use the wipers again during next rains...

2) the quality of paint is pretty poor (at least in the unit I have).. the paint got chipped off from some places.. when I shared the same with the team, they told me that it may have happened due to some stone hit (from other car...)
now to my biggest surprise, today 27/9, I noticed the clear crack in paint that too on the inside area of driver side door.. the inside area is least exposed area and a paint chip-off or crack in that area is a huge concern and I am already worried about the overall quality of paint considering the other experiences i had before.

3) the other issue is: there is always some noise or the other from the car doors (inside) as if some small part is loosen or something..

overall, my experience with Hyundai is not so great... I thought it will be a much better car for build quality, paint quality etc... which is not the case.
