I had bought verna fluidic in dec 2013 and i have driven this car for almost 40k km in last 3.5 years. The car has been serviced at authorised service stations and i also had bought extended warranty. It has not performed to the expectations as the problem is with after sales service. The major authorised service centers don't have knowledgable staff to understand the problem the car is facing and always put the blame on the customer. I had taken each and every advice even got the service done from 3 different authorised service center in 3 consecutive days last to last year paying almost 22k for the same service and they were not able to resolve the issue. I then got advice from outside mechanic and then suggested them to change the bearing of front tyre for rs 80 to get the problem fixed. The problem now which i have been facing for last 1.5 years is on the gear box which gets stuck while i am driving the car and this too started when i had gone to a service center for it's regular maintenance. I don't have that much of time to actually spend half of my life understanding problems of service center and tackling rude and inefficient employees.
