Dear sir/ madam, I am very sorry to convey that i am facing very poor service from binay hyundai (Service workshop) nh-31, begusarai, bihar. From last 40 days i am regularly following up with them but the issue has not been resolved yet. This is not at all expected from hyundai motors. The quality of denting/painting is of worst class and not matched properly. When asked about this from service manager (Mr. Abu bakar) and vinay. They used to say "manage it". They charged rs 2500 without any bill even they received claim amount of rs 8114 from insurance company. The car is only 6 months old so this type negligence is not expected. Still my vehicle is laying at service station. Vehicle details are as follows:- registration no - br 09 u 1023 Model :- eon sports Please resolve the matter as soon as possible.
