Hyundai Motor India — I am not satisfied with the second service of my car. | |
I Gaurav Gupta, purchased a Hyundai Grand I10 (Sports model) from NRL Hyundai Agra. I gone to NRL motors Pvt. Ltd. (Workshop 2 kalindi vihar Firozabad Road) on date-:13/1/2017. My repair order number is R[protected]. I gone for second service of my car. There was no responce from the workers, and the work which was not to be done in the car, they also had done that job and charged me extra amount. My car was also not washed and cleaned properly. And when i told to the workers to clean my car properly, they misbehaved with me. When i asked to the workshop manager that why you have done extra work which was not to be done in my car and charged me extra amount, they said to me that you have to pay the full amount otherwise we will not give you the car back. My question is that your company is very much popular in the whole country and your cars are fantastic but why you have kept these type of workers in your company's service centre?
