Hyundai Motor India — i10 sunroof problem

hi. I own a i10 which I had given for servicing to GOA HYUNDAI Service centre for routine maintenance. Upon receiving the car, they were informing me to replace the sunroof control module as it was broken. Thisis very suspicious to me as I had used the sunroof the day before the servicing and it was normal. but after servicing, the service advisor says its inside button module needed to be replaced. After confronting the service manager regarding this; He says " this is normal and he has seen it many times in other i10 and that the cost has to be borne by the customer" My question is that if the car is delivered to the service centre in proper condition and it is damaged by service personnel; who is responsible for the repair; the customer or the service centre. I am really disappointed by the hyundai service team especially the service manager Mr Kamat who it seems has a pretty cavalier attitude towards service of Hyundai cars.
