Hyundai Motor India — I20 car problem | |||
Hi sir, this is ajay kumar nuthalapati from vijayawada, andhra pradesh.. My i-20 car ap07 by 2699 given service to kusalava motors pvt ltd, vijayawada on 27/05/2017 at a mileage of 60, 129 kms.. They charged rs 6450/- towards service charges... Last week my family went to chennai and get engine temparature increasing abnormally then i went to alandur hyundai motor india ltd service center and according thier guide lines i am stopping car for every 50 kms and top-up coolent slowly reached vijayawada.. So, kusalava motors pvt ltd service personnel negligence and ignorance towards customers i was faced so many trouble with my family... So kindly take necessary action... Regards Ajay kumar.
