Hyundai Motor India — ignorance of our complaint regarding the fire caused in elite i20 | |||
We had purchased a car elite i20 magna on[protected]. Reg no. Ka19 mh0489. The vehicle ran upto 3897 km till[protected]. Before it could complete one year an event took place due to which the vehicle was fully damaged. On[protected] friday at around 8.00 pm. As i started the car in my residence compound there was an explosion of the battery which caused fire, leading to the damage of the front body part of the car. immediately the fire was extinguished with the help of our neighbours. It took about half an hour to extinguish the fire. They called the toll free number and then the vehicle was taken to the nearby hyundai dealers of padil m/s. Kanchana hyundai. The vehicle was taken for second service on 02-03-18 along with other paid services like oil change etc which was returned to us 03-03-18. We have a doubt that something might have gone wrong during the time of service. Now the vehicle has been totaled. We had lodged complaints by calling customer care & sent email to hyundai office & also contacted new delhi office & regional office at bangalore. But we have not received any proper response through email or calls. They kept ignoring our complaints. We could not just imagine what would be the result of this event if the fire would reach the petrol tank since this would be a great disaster as we all a family would lose our lives, property & it would risk our neighbours lives also. It is just god who saved all o[censored]s. When we contacted one of the person of advaith hyundai & he responded to us in a bad way. The company has not been properly responding nor comphensating neither we have been able to make a claim for the loss incurred without receiving a report from the company. On the other hand we have been paying the monthly emi to our bankers even though our car is not in our possession. This is a financial loss to us. We are undergoing all these difficulties. I've purchased i20 asta (0) vtvt from om shree sai hundai hazaribagh in the m/o july, 2017. There was an error in the registration card hence returned back for amending it to hundai. Till date neither any registration card has given to me nor the owner of hundai is giving any reply on contacting them. Kindly look into the matter.

Maine park hyundai (sangrur) se car li hai .20 days ho gaye. Unhone meri car ka insurance kam amount ka kaat diya. Wo bol re hai ki galti se kam amount pad gai. But abhi tak koi solution nai kar rahe. Plz help sir
