This is to inform people plz check Ur car after delivery from showroom for any defects . I had taken delivery of my car Verna fluidic automatic petrol from Mithali showroom Mira road. After almost three weeks I took my car for service at sai Hyundai borivali Mumbai for first free service. Were I had told them that I have some problem with the cars steering system as the car would sway left right while driving as a result the drive would not be comfortable. Had to hold the steering with both hands Even at slow speeds. Service centre advised that all checked no problem. As per the manufacturer s manual many things were supposed to be checked in first free service. Which I seen nothing means nothing was checked. I took my car for wheel alignment to a local tyre service to get my car inspected were I found tyres were not aligned both the front tyres had different toe settings. So conclusion is in authorised service centres nothing is inspected its only on paper nobody has time to attend ur car problem. Incompetent service engineers who are least interested in giving basic services. Was this information helpful? | |||
