Aruna sivakumar mobile no [protected] car no tn10w 9826. The above car was used by for the last five years. During the recent floods the car was damaged and was asked by kun hyundai adyar to tow the car to ambattur. There the car is lying for the last 45 days. Only on friday the surveyor has given for total loss of the car. When we went to ambattur we were in for shock for they wanted parking charges at 350 per day. WE have under gone many diffculties in the recent floods and we are slowly getting back to normal at home and if these indirect expenses make us feel that we have been stabed at back by a big company like you were we cannot believ you or your agent or the insurance company. In the interest of the people affected atleast consideration can be give by waiving off the parking charges and have your personnel inspect at home and give us a favourable and suitable compensation.
