Hyundai Motor India — Intentionally delaying vehicle delivery

I booked creat sx patrol in the month of march 2020, but due to financial issues I postpone the idea of vehicle purchase.However I contacted the same dealer regarding the purchase of the said vehicle on oct 23, 2020, the sevice manager committed me to provided the said vehicle between 15 and 20th of nov2020, moreover I was asked to complete the bank formalities which I did.On Nov 2, 2020 I got a call from the general manager of the same showroom that I won't be provided the vehicle in the the time committed earlier, as we gave another costumers in priorities, this all happened since i refused to buy insurance from the same company.The issue was raised on the customer helpline no too, but hasnt resolved yet.
