Address: At Vevoor, Near Gavdevi temple , Gavdevi road, Tal/Dist-Palghar. Maharashtra.

Recently i bought Hyundai Grand I10 Nios Cng at Sts Hyundai showroom Boisar Palghar Maharashta.
Rear sided partial tray not assembled properly. When i close rear door (5th door) presses it partial tray down side hence 5th door closes forcefully.
I complaint that problem to sale department and also to service department but no one intrested in solving my problem. Service department saying thats not our problem & Sale department saying that is not our problem.
I saw new same model at that showroom that car dont have that type problem. It means that is only my car's problem.
So do needful for rectify my genuin problem

    I purchased the i 20 sports model in 2015.
    the car is under the name of army officer rs yadav.
    the main problem is peeling of the paint from the car .
    though the car is in very good condition and hardly driven.
    the looks of the car has gone completely in vain js because of the paint that has peeled off.
    i don;t expect this kind of the quality at such a price.
    is this what cost cutting is??
    people are seeding thier hard earned money and you guys are fooling them off with third class quality .
    kindly look into this matter and solve the issue at the earliest.

      Dear sir/ma'm I was booked all new i20 on 16 th October 2020 before the launching of car from krishna auto riders pvt ltd korba by paying 11, 000. After launching the car the stary night colour decided for buy but this colour car colour not available at this showroom. I was trying to another showroom at krishna auto riders pvt ltd ambikapur, sub BRANCH of krishna auto riders pvt ltd korba, the stary night coloured car coming in showroom recently, I was booked the car. When I call to krishna hyundai korba and told him for cancelation and told him I booked the stary night colour from ambikapur BRANCH, he rudely told me why you are taking car from ambikapur, no refund will be provided from our side and cut my phone. I am again trying to call him but response on my call. If this type of illetrate sales personnel working at hyundai showroom so this is my first and last experience from hyundai side. I want my full amount 11, 000 refund very soon.

        I'm more than two times servicing in Kotma city Hyundai Showroom which is situated at District - Annupur(M.P.) India, Pin Code/ Zip Code 484334.

        1. Alignment Machine is available but not Installed for long time.

        2. Washing facilities of car housing pipe of motor and nuzzle is survey off.

        3. The spare part of Air Filters of air-conditioning and engine exhaust system are not available.

        My new Car is completed three servicing and two times of Insurance in same location Kotma Hyundai Showroom but this time I'm facing the major problems of alignment, starring, and tyres.

          I have Purchased car in August 2016, from Last two year car whole hood and back color is getting peel of automatically. I tried to contact the hyundai showroom, but no response, they are saying warranty is over sorry.
          But my concern is regarding the color and money paid to Hyundai.

          Now we are totally frustrated, because we purchase car on trust and we are getting such a horrible quality. We request you to please look on this serious matter.

            Thanks for delivering me so much excellent car in my life which i have purchased i.e. Santro Car no is MP09-HE-5872 purchased by invoice no A[protected] dated[protected], this car is very low maintenance cost and I have not faced any problem since last 15 years except it color. I am feeling so much proud to drive this Hyundai Brand car since so many years.

            Since last some years my car color and putty is being wiped off automatically from many sides due to basic painting defects. I have not seen any such car in my life on which color and putty paint wiped off automatically. Due to this color problems I and my family feels very shameful to seat in that type Hyundai Brand of color less car. I think this is basic painting defeats at the time of processing the color on car.

            As now I am also planning to by one more car of Hyundai Brand.

            So I request you to please see in this regards and solve my problem without any cost so that your brand name will maintained in the market.

            With a hope that my problem will be solved by A great Hyundai Brand immediately without any if and buts as this is the basic manufacturing/processing defats.

              am a Public sector undertaking employee (Container Corporation of India under Ministry of Railways). i booked a car NIOS with Subhan Sai mathura Road. after making payment and submit the requisite documents, sales executive expressing doubt that due to the surname in full and Short form may not eligible for the corporate discount of Rs. 15, 000.00
              Please look into the matter and advice the dealer to extend the corporate discount. any supporting document required same will be provided

                Hi this is chandan kumar yadav.. a customer of Hyundai... So i booked hyundai creta 1and half month before but till now i didnt got it... if this is the way of working then may be customer will be very unsatisfied... My dad met with an accident 2 months before so you can imagine how much this vehicle is necessary for me.. but I don't think so this complain will also effect to you all...i called so many time in the service centre but they told me car is not in the stock wr can't help sorry...Its 21st century now please grow up... Thank you...!

                  Myself S Kathiravan iam having Hyundai verna 2012 model No TN 19 AJ 1989, i have given my car for service at Guduvancherri service center on 05/11/2020 by 3:30 pm they told me will call me by evening and give suggestion regarding service, but till another day morning i didnt get any calls on 06/11/2020 by morning i itself called service center i asked about the service details but i didn't get proper response, after that i called them for 4 times but they not responded me so i decided to go directly to the service center. There i met Mr. Venkat ([protected])Service engineer his behavior was worst and argued with us. His hospitality also worst the care in sales was not in service . Kindly take necessary action on this and revert back ASAP.

                      I own an i20 Magna purchased in 2010 at Express Hyundai Chennai. I think this has now been renamed or taken over by Kun Hyundai. I do my regular service at Kun Hyundai Arumbakkam. Around Feb 2020 when I was driving back from Tambaram, my car engine suddenly went off. I somehow managed to stop my vehicle at the corner of the road without causing trouble to other vehicles. The car would not start for a few minutes and somehow I was able to start and managed to reach Ashok Nagar when again it completely halted in a signal. I had to get few people to push the car to a corner of the road. I called up Kun Hyundai and they arranged a person to check the car immediately. He came and suspected the issue is with ECM and it has to be towed to a workshop for further diagnosis and repair. I got the vehicle towed away to Kun Hyundai workshop on the same day. The next day I was told the issue is with ECM and replacing ECM would cost around Rs 50000/- and that they would repair it for a lower cost temporarily. The rectification was done and I got the car delivered within a week. Due to lockdown I could not take the vehicle outside much and when I took the vehicle during October 2020, again the car halted in the middle of the main road. Again somehow I managed to get the car running after multiple attempts and drove back home even though it halted quite a few times during that drive. I called up Kun Hyundai (Arumbakkam) as I had the service done on August 2020 only. After about 1 week of repeated calling they sent a person to my home. He inspected and found the issue is again with ECM. He said he get the car towed to the workshop again the next day. Again there was no response for 3-4 days inspite of repeated calls from me to get the engineer to take the vehicle for repair. Then after a week a person from Kun Hyundai Arumbakkam came and removed the ECM part and said he would have to give this for repair with their vendor and will ask the service engineer to call me and update. There was no update from any of them for a week now. Even if I call the person who has taken my ECM, he would say he will check with the service engineer or ask him to call me. If I call the service engineer he would say he will ask the person who had removed the ECM from my vehicle to contact me.
                      I have not got any updates on my vehicle for the past 1 week even after repeated calls from me. I never expected Hyundai to treat customer so badly that I don't even know whether they are actually attending to my problem or is my ECM just lying there in the service center without anybody attending on it.

                      I regret buying Hyundai for the first time looking at the pathetic response.

                        I have booked Creta SX petrol Manual 2 months back (Anmol Hyundai Jabalapur), at the booking time salesperson's commitment to give me at 15.50L (On-Road price) now they are not agree to give a discount as Creta is a high demanded car now.
                        Also the price is increased 10702 which I am ready to pay but don't want to pay any extra amount which is out of our deal.
                        Please help me to resolve it

                          I booked Creta SX diesel 1.5 thru Acko Drive. they booked my car at SHREENATH HYUNDAI chembur, Mumbai. I paid Rs 25000/- to Acko Drive on 19.09.20 as booking amount. After confirmation with Shreenath hyundai about delivery date i paid additional Rs 100000/- to shreenath Hyndai on 25.09.20. I told him that i will pay balance amount 7 days before delivery & they agree.
                          We want to bring to your kind notice that Both agency Acko drive & Shreenath Hyundai assure me that they will deliver the on 26.10.20 ie on vijaydashmi. On 20.10.20 Acko Drive called me & informed that delvery will be done before diwali & I agree. yesterday I called Shreenath hyundai about adelivery they strictly told me that he will try to deliver the car in last of december if you pay full amount imdtly.
                          I totaly surprised . They all harassing me. as present I don't have any vehicle . They are misleading me.
                          Hence you are requested to do the needful & Inform me.

                            Have had the worst experience owning a car. I have had an association with Honda & Jeep in the recent years. This was my 1st Hyundai car & probably will be my last.
                            I am listing down in no particular order my issues/feedback
                            1. It has been over a month – Have not received my permanent number – Worst part is I have to continuously call versus someone giving me an update
                            2. I had contacted Hyundai weeks before I took my car about accessories – I only got a few – The other day I went to the showroom, they had the accessory but no one to install it!! They were asking me to install it.. Seriously!!
                            3. When I took the car they never gave me the customary folder (usually faux leather) for documents, but a plastic bag, remember this is day 1 of my new car. Then I had to follow up multiple times to get it, when I did, it was disappointing, a plastic case that you would find on foot paths.
                            4. My first service is due, no one calls me to remind me, the only service station calling me is miles away from my house. I used the app to book the service & no one even let me know – was given a number to call & the person doesn’t pick up
                            5. I am against using names, but here are the people I have been interacting with –

                            Subhrabrata – My sales rep & contact person throughout the experience so far
                            Sayan – Accessories Executive
                            Priyanka – Customer Sales – gave me a number for the service manager (Nivideta) – Has not answered in about 10 calls.
                            Showroom – Bengal Hyundai, New Town

                            I will try and sell this car as soon as possible. No more Hyundai. Cannot follow up & get stuff done.

                              I booked creat sx patrol in the month of march 2020, but due to financial issues I postpone the idea of vehicle purchase.However I contacted the same dealer regarding the purchase of the said vehicle on oct 23, 2020, the sevice manager committed me to provided the said vehicle between 15 and 20th of nov2020, moreover I was asked to complete the bank formalities which I did.On Nov 2, 2020 I got a call from the general manager of the same showroom...

                              We have paid completely for 2 Cars similar model i.e. Creta SX (O) MT Diesel Car with Bhopal Dealer Surjeet Hyundai on 29th September 2020 with Vehicle Booking Receipt No. BKNG/550/2019-20 & BKNG/485/2019-20. Dealer Committed us to deliver the cars by 17th October 2020 in any condition, But now the dealer is delaying delivery with the excuse that the company is unable to provide deliveries. We are already Hyundai Cars users and hold Brand loyalty and we are very happy with Hyundai Services but this delay in delivery of 2 cars even after receiving full payment is a disappointment. PFA the booking receipt along with the mail and request you to please get both cars Delivered as soon as possible.

But now they are denying the delivery on the promised day. According to the dealer they are not getting a car from Hyundai.

                                    My self sk abdul sattar is exiting customer of Hyundai family . I have purchased Hyundai Venue 1.4 CRDI MT SX, DENIM BLUE Color in December 2019 being Reg. No. WB38AT4235, CHASIS NO. MALFC81CLKM073634, Engine No. D4FCKM922636 from Rudra Hyundai at Asansol, It has appx. 11 month …during this time the car had two times jump stating problem . Last night I went to Asansol market with my family. After marketing I could not start the car…. After 15 minutes I called to road side assistance after 60 minutes they with me they also could not repair my car and the car was taken to the service centre ….it is very scary now to drive this car with my family safety...this types of problem is twice in my venue car…facing more problem with my family ….. I have three Hyundai cars in my family…but such problems were not created in any car except Hyundai….I think this venue car is a manufacturing problem. My car is in the warranty period..

                                    So therefore I would request kindly solve the starting problem of the Hyundai venue car permanently or arrange to exchange the car as soon as possible.

                                      I Booking one Hundai Grand I10Nios 1.2MT Kappa Asta car from your dealer Durga Automotives Pvt Ltd chakchaka, coochbehar, west bengal dealer code 19.on 10/06/2020.when I booked this car Rs-10000/ then dealer sales executive say me company give me exchange offer my Maruti Omni van, which now I sold the Maruti van after booking your car, and get him all papers Xerox copy.
                                      On 24/07/2020 I received my new Hundai car from your dealer.but still today I cannot receive the exchange offer amount.
                                      so I request you kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
