My car KL 13/AD 1860 got an accident at Thottada, Kannur District, Kerala nearly One month ago. on the next day my car was handed over to KTC Hyundai workshop at Kannur for repair. Every three days I visited the workshop to enquire the present position of repair. the had promised that the car will be returned after 2 weeks after repair. Now they says that the parts are not available. This is not an excuse. I had spent Rs. 10000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) for hiring a car on rent till this date.
