We have Hyundai Motors India's service center in Rajnandgaon from where we have purchased the Elite I20 Auto car on 30/04/2019. So far, neither registration copy has been received nor we have received the original invoice. When we had talk to Mr. goverdhan (Mobile number [protected]) about registration and invoices, then we do not respond properly and we were told that it has not come yet and today (19/06/2019) it has been 15-20 days, still we have not got.
We bought the elite i20 car from a bank loan. The bank's manager is asking us everyday that why we have not yet submitted our registration copy and invoice copy to the bank.
Mr. goverdhan says that the registration copy has not been received from the RTO office yet but they have not issued any invoice of Hyundai so far. We have asked the Rajnandgaon RTO office, they said it does not take more than 10 days to get the registration. And Hyundai has not been issued the registration and also Original Invoice in 1.5 months.
We request you to take strict action against Mr. Goverdhan and team, so that this type of mistakes should not be repeated in future.
