Hyundai Motor India — Issue of broken windshield during servicing | |||
On saturday 13 may 2017 i had given my (Hyundai xcent) car to shrishti hyundai service centre dewas mp for 3rd general servicing. On 16th may 2017 i have gone to pick my car and when i reached there i saw my car's wind shield was broken and when i told them about broken glass. So they are accepting that glass was broken in there undertaking they assume. But they are not changing it by their own. They told us to make it change by insurance claim. But why should i change it by insurance claim they have to change it by their own because glass is broken by their mistake. I brought my car for servicing and few repair works to sn hyundai malda.. they initially gave me a tat of 2 days. When i went to bring my car found the tat failed and its the 4th day still the works are being done. Such a class less workshop i have never found before. Infact they are not lettinf me stand while opening important parts of my car.
