Hyundai Motor India — issues regarding payment after cancellation of car booking | |||||
Myself shama shaikh, i have booked eon era car on 20.08.2017, with amount 10, 000/- by sanjay hyundai, bhosari, i gave them cheque of 10, 000 rs on that day. Due to my some personal financial issues i had to cancelled booking after 2 months of booking. I have official mail for that, later i follow them for my payment, they called me about official cancellation letter in march, so i also e-mailed them cancellation letter. First off all i got reply that, this is march end so it is hard to get payment in this after, in april i called them. They are continuously ignore my calls & request to return my money. I am alone person living in pune for job, also i have health issues, so i need my money for my further treatment. Can you pls. Help me for the sake of humanity. Now they are not responding to my phone calls & emails, i need my amount return, can you please help me to sort out this issue, what should i do? Was this information helpful? | |||||
