I'm writing to let you know that after buying my car, a Venue S with the number GJ01 WB 9758, on April 13, 2021, Karnavati Hyundai fitted it with genuine Hyundai accessories. These accessories cost 44, 000 Rupees which includes a 10-inch touch-screen music system, a reverse camera, a sharkfin antenna, an LED headlamp, and a seat cover. I've been visiting quite a bit (6-7 times) at Karnavati Hyundai, near CIMS Hospital in Science City, Ahmedabad, because I was having a radio frequency issue. The frequency level drops when the headlight is turned on, and I hear some cracking sounds that are not exclusive to areas outside of Ahmedabad.
Since the first service, I have been complaining about problems with FM radio frequency. At the time, they ignored me and just offered me solace by telling me that the problem has been resolved completely. And now that the product's warranty has expired, they're hilariously trying to get me to pay for a new infotainment system.
When I bought the infotainment system, I also installed the sharkfin antenna. However, they told me that the sharkfin antenna was the problem, so they replaced it with another ordinary antenna without compensating me anything for the sharkfin antenna that was changed.
My experience of visiting the Karnavati Hyundai was so much terrible than you would expect. I went there and sought for assistance, and all they did was yell at us.I'm sending this email to all of the officials because THE KARNAVATI HYUNDAI doesn't treat its customers well, and when we've complained, they've only tried to berate us and make excuses about the places where the frequency isn't working. I acknowledge that frequency problems can occur in some places, but if that's the case, then all cars could be affected, not just mine.
