Since, I purchased car in urgency,
next day after purchase issue after one another discovered that AC, Heating and fan system is not workinh, the fan is making significant noise, and doesn't work, remain always high and get locked. Now speedometer and fuels gagae indicator is not working. Jammed and quite dangerous to drive car

    I have booked Hyundai Creta SX AT Silver Colour at your agency Raj Hyundai (Raj Cars India Pvt Ltd., 32 Sadhna Enclave, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 110017) on 10th February 2019 for which I paid INR 25, 000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) on vide ICICI Bank cheque number 000461 dated 10th February 2019.
    The Order Booking Form is attached. Your quote was valid till 28th February 2019 and the delivery date was 10th March 2019. They did not deliver the car as promised.
    I was in badly need of car. After experiencing this behaviour and uncertainty from Raj Hyundai, I had no option but to look for alternative. Finally, I got same model of Creta from Sunrise Autoworld Pvt. Ltd. (Plot No 2 Patparganj Industrial Area, Near Mother Diary, New Delhi 110092).
    I made number of email requests keeping Hyundai Motor India Limited informed but neither any action taken nor any response came from your office Hyundai Motor India Limited. Last I approached Mr. Unsoo Kim, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Hyundai Motor India Limited by forwarding all email communications to him on 22 August 2022.
    I, therefore, request you to please get refund of my booking advance money of INR 25, 000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) immediately.

      I had given my car for small dent work. They did particular dent work but damaged my whole car with almost 30 dents. I have rejected the vehicle 2 times. every time they do a new dent. And forced me to take delivery.

      After no support from the manager and adviser, I have taken my vehicle in a damaged condition ( dents and paint dust).

      Faced below issue

      1- Asking for money under the table (Personal Gpay)
      2-Blaming game manager, adviser, and Hyundai company
      3- For small dent delivery time 4 week
      4- The workshop manager was on leave delivery was delayed 7 days(extra days)
      5- They are teaching me inshaniyat (saying delivery le lo inshaniyat hota hai kuch)
      6- They treat me like a servant
      7- My new car is damaged by the workshop
      8- After taking the damaged car delivery they are not responding and also removed me from what's app group (without any notification)

      Now I am going to file a case and social media complaint against Modi Hyundai and Hyundai company.

        Hi,
        I am writing to raise a serious concern caused by one of your service centre in Powai Mumbai India.
        I had given my car for engine lighy flashing on my dashboard continuously a month back, the services center informed me that I need to replace some parts and that would cost 5k INR.
        I assuming that the information is genuine considering the brand’s reputation.
        The service center post payment did the necessary fix and dropped the car at my place.
        In less than 24 hours when I tried to start the car, it had stopped working completely, on requesting to fix it immediately, the service was given next day and we were told that battery is not working now and the warning light is yet coming my car is less than 2 years old.
        Now the battery is gone for replacement for over a month.
        I am continuously trying to reach out to the service center with no success.
        They are constantly dodging me to tomorrow and not coming to pick my car.

        Request you to please escalate the matter.

          They are not sharing CCTV footage and my car is not giving pick up too after service

            For me Hyundai is the worst car manufacturer company in the world and also worst service providers.

            I have purchased Santro bs 6 car on 2020. And it's engine started troubleshooting within 1 and 4 months. It was repaired under warranty.

            Now within 2 and 5 months it's gear box starting troubleshooting. Again I have left my car at Hyundai workshop. This time also it covers under warranty.

            During this 2 times repair I learnt that workshop do not provide all necessary items like, engine oil, gear oil, paste etc. All these things are changing because o[censored]r manufacturing defects.. It must also bear by Hyundai..

            Most interesting part is that I have not changed wheel bearing till date.. but ur company has manufacturing worse car..

            There most be exchange offer also for such huge manufacturing defects car...

                I have purchased Hyundai Tucson and had a service issue ( some damage happened near the Silencer).

                I have given to KUN Hyundai Ambattur service centre . after two weeks also I hear from them that Parts are yet to be received

                Its so pathetic that it’s a one month old and not able to use the vehicle.

                Even though it’s a premium vehicle from Hyundai its so poor service time line.

                Kindly address the issue ASAP and give me the vehicle.

                    I am the registered owner of my vehicle bearing no JK01AA 8999 from Srinagar, purchased on Dated Nov 2015.
                    Iam tremendous annoyed by colour peel off issue, which is much common in Hyundai cars i observed. The paint of my car started peeling off from Boot area, i went to your showroom service centre they fixed it but charged me 30% of total cost.but colour peeling off started again and they are demanding charges again which iam not willing to pay because peeling off could continue again and again means charging again and again never ending process.
                    So I request your good self to fix my issue without charging any thing.

                      Re: CRETA E+CRDI Model & Regn No MH-01DE6765


                      I have purchased this above-mentioned Vehicle Hyundai Model CRETA E+ from Modi Motors Agencies Pvt Ltd, Mumbai on 28.03.2019 and copies of Purchase Invoice and service bills are enclosed herewith for your reference. This issue of non detection of car keys also happened two years back also.

                      Now again when I am starting the car both of the keys are not functioning properly and not detecting keys to start the car and I have complained about your Service station in Chunabhatti in the last month of November 2022 and they had said they had done the same work on their laptop & after 2 days they gave car back saying issue is resolved.Now again on 20.12.22 I approached modi motors with same key problem they informed me to come today as they do not have laptop at their workshop.

                      So every time I am not going to risk myself and my family in between road request you to please provide me new 2 Keys as my car is under Warranty Period.

                      Please note that due to this reason I have replaced my car battery as I thought it was a battery issue for which I also paid Rs 7000.00 & on on many occasions I had to get a car to my residence for which I paid towing charges each time Rs. 2000.00 which please note.

                      I hope you will consider my case and provide me with the New Keys on an urgent basis.

                        In My Parking lots of Car are parked safe from RATS .. But Hyundai Elite i20 - Petrol 2018 model attracts everytime .. 6-7 k we pay to get it done .
                        May be the Openings, Engine Cabin Openings and Quality of petrol pipe makes it more friendly with Rats.

                        Please contact me, as i need full wiring to be checked for free . its your call Hyundai, as many premium customers are facing this and the Petrol drains like anything where fire could explode if we are careless.

                          Bought Hyundai Creta Full Option from Popular Hyundai Adichira, Kottayam in oct 2016. The car had done only 65K KM and is only 6 years old, Within in this time
                          1. The car paint is coming off
                          2. Had to replace Window motors of the car
                          3. Car Clutch is now not in proper working condition
                          4. Break pads where replaced couple of times.
                          5. Car shock absorber is not in proper working condition
                          6. Car Suspension is not in proper working condition

                          Each every time we go for a service, there is something to be replaced. Over these years we have paid huge amounts for parts and service.

                          This was 2016 COTY and this is what we get from Hyundai ? How can Car paint come off in this span of time, and right after the warranty has expired window motor had issues, clutch not working properly, shock absorber complaint, suspension complaint. This is not we are expecting from premium car of Hyundai.

                          Requesting help to address these issues.

                              Recently i bought new Hyundai aura cng car in 29/10/2022 from Shiv Hyundai, gondal road, Rajkot.
                              After getting delivery from next day car shows thumping and vibration and engine check light shown in odometer.I informed to sales person of Shiv Hyundai from which I bought the car.he advised me to go to nearest Hyundai show room in Junagadh because at that time i was in Junagadh so i got the showroom and getting checked there. They fixes the engine check light.
                              But same problem arises after 2 days on 01/11/2022 so I again call the sales person he advised me to take the car to Shiv Hyundai because i was in Rajkot so i was taken my car to Shiv Hyundai gondal road,
                              They explained me like im fool that “engine spark plugs got humidifies and we fix the problem”.same problem arises again on 06/11/2022 engine check light shown and car gets throbbing and vibrating, again i put car on service centre at showroom they again change the part of induction coil and said to me that now your car is ok. Again same problem arises on 11/11/2022 they again change the saprk plug and said that now car is ok but that is not end of my problems😔. Same problem arises on 12th and 14th of November they continually replaced parts of engine but not replaced whole new car to me as the problem not resolved and that is pure manufacturing defect, but sales manager Kamalnayan said to me that car could not been replaced eventhogh we replace whole engine but not new car . After getting 7 times of services and 13 dats stay at service centre the problem stiil as it was before and now i am mentally, economically harassed a lot.
                              So I decided to knock the bell of consumer court so please do needfull and take my request of replacement of new car under manufacturing defact act.

                                I had given 3rd service of my Hyundai Creta car for service in your place. After a month or so my LCD started not working. I took to your centre and using a pen he tried to reset and said now it is fine and I can take it. Next day same issue not working. Again took it your centre and told to come back after a week. They called some lcd vendor and needs to take photographs and send it to Chennai for approval. This took almost a month and finally after so much phone calls they said 19k will be charged w/o bill and 40k with bill for board replacement. I was suspicious that something wrong here and then decided to check with other service centre. The response was so great and within a day they rectified at zero cost and it is working absolutely fine. This service center they are taking customer for a royal ride by bluffing the customers and the kind of response was very pathetic.
                                1st instance I had given for some dent repair. I had claimed insurance. Service centre insurance employee took rs. 2000/- cash separately to get the work done as he told this will not be covered under insurance and he is getting it done separately. This is the state of employees in this service centre . I think they are all hand in glove to loot customers.

                                  My name is Sumit Rana
                                  I am resident of central Delhi and working in Delhi, and purchase creta car from Himachal pardesh home town.
                                  Purchase From : sant autowheels pvt ltd, Kangra-Himachal Pardesh.
                                  i have purchased Creta(SUV)car in march 26-2022 after five to six month, i am faced issue in the car, I visited service center regular and visited 3 to 4 times with the issue at Delhi Okhla service center Delhi. in out of 3 only one issue resolved.
                                  ISSUES
                                  1. Moisture in head light (Now resolved after 2 months)
                                  2. Self start issue facing challenge last 3 months after that shown my car to service but team said to me its battery issue and we fill battery water and again executive come to my home for checking the self he agree with me and send driver for pickup the car and check in service center and after two days I received the car and check after 4 to 5 day facing again problem.(NOT RESOLVED)
                                  3. Engine noise too much.

                                  There is no response and not resolved my issue after 6 month i am facing this type of issue, its totally harassments with me
                                  i want refund or need same to same new model

                                    1. I had serviced my Hyundai Verna at Nagashanti Hyundai, Belagavi, Karnatak on 14 Nov 22.
                                    VIN No MALCU41DLCM067499. VEH NO HR 51 AR 9816

                                    2. The vehicle started giving problems which were not existing prior to the servicing. I complained about it to the dealer on 23 Nov 22 who promised that the problem would be resolved as soon as he gets the spare parts on 28 Nov 22. Thereafter he said that the spare parts would be available on 02 Dec. Then again there was a delay and the vehicle was not repaired.

                                    3. I complained about this twice on the helpline of Hyundai Motors and they promised that the matter would be resolved which has not happened.

                                    4. I paid Rs 12121 for repairs and servicing but am continuing to face the same problems and even new issues of the vehicle not starting which was not the case earlier.
