Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cars

The issue that I have experienced was: My name is Imthiyas basha i purchased the Grand i10 by full amount. its been 4 months i had not get the Register number and RC Papers. The Libra showroom has been closed permanently. I called the Customer care several times the said we will solve your problem soon and they said i will give a number they will help you. Its a Regional office. for the pasted one month my problem has not solved. one of the employee who's name is Mehanaz and Ashish rathi he is a manager no one has not respond.

It occurred on: 1/04/2019

This meant that I got the job in Bangalore. Now i need to shift Delhi to Bangalore all my home alliance and car also. So that i need the RC paper and Register number.

I need the RC paper and Register number.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
