Hello sir,
I'm Sujan K from Chennai my car (i20 TN 02 AV 1027) was affected by flood (B category) on 2 Dec 2015 after i get my towing service i drooped my at the Kun Hyundai body shop, Ambattur for repair on 5 DEC 2015 .
Its been almost 27 days and its been almost 20 day that they got the clearance from the insurance company (HDFC ERGO) to crank the engine still this people are not yet allotted the dates to diagonal the engine, and every week i go and enquirer them there is no proper respond from their side .
As per my knowledge to check and crank the engine is not gonna take more than 3 hrs and this people are illustrating the same like checking a jet engine and no proper respond on the slot allotment to check.
my car it still sleeping on one corner of the body shop fully dusted and stated rusting on wheels no one really care about it and asking me to wait 15 more days to give the work quotation.
take this letter as my complaint and i request your good office to take necessary action
