I have booked Hyundai Creta SX AT Silver Colour at your agency Raj Hyundai (Raj Cars India Pvt Ltd., 32 Sadhna Enclave, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 110017) on 10th February 2019 for which I paid INR 25, 000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) on vide ICICI Bank cheque number 000461 dated 10th February 2019.
The Order Booking Form is attached. Your quote was valid till 28th February 2019 and the delivery date was 10th March 2019. They did not deliver the car as promised.
I was in badly need of car. After experiencing this behaviour and uncertainty from Raj Hyundai, I had no option but to look for alternative. Finally, I got same model of Creta from Sunrise Autoworld Pvt. Ltd. (Plot No 2 Patparganj Industrial Area, Near Mother Diary, New Delhi 110092).
I made number of email requests keeping Hyundai Motor India Limited informed but neither any action taken nor any response came from your office Hyundai Motor India Limited. Last I approached Mr. Unsoo Kim, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Hyundai Motor India Limited by forwarding all email communications to him on 22 August 2022.
I, therefore, request you to please get refund of my booking advance money of INR 25, 000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) immediately.
