Hyundai Motor India — low quality hyundai i10 nios | |||
Dear sir, I am a pleasant customer of hyundai cars and believe of the new product namely nios (At) and having the three more cars excepted this in my family. I purchase this new car in the name of mrs. Sapan tyagi on dated 31st august 2019. This is the unique car of this segment. But i have some issue in my car bearing reg. No up14ed7007 vin no malb351cykm017902. When i check the boot space and found that the parcel tray inner lock broken. This was never used by me. I went to the dealer ship to get it replaced but dealer person refused it to replace and saying this is the damage due to misuse/ abused. But my question is that a customer is purchase this car to waste his hard earned money to damage that lock. What is my fault? Or it got damage automatically then what is the quality of hyundai. I am still with broken parcel tray lock and not able to use it. Vehicle still run only approx. 500kms. Why am i going to damage my car? What so ever i am also using the hyundai cars last 16 years and never face this type of issue at my past years.
