[Resolved]  Hyundai Motor India — Loyalty bonus not given

Dear Sir/ma'am, This is to bring to you kind notice that I have purchased Hyundai Xcent on 25th May 2014 whose registration number is HR26CG 4175 & previously I owned Hyundai Santro car which was purchased in January 2005 from "Orion Hyundai, Hisar". I recently came to know that "Hyundai company offers loyalty bonus to the customers who is previously using their Hyundai cars. So normally this loyalty scheme should have made me happy rather than unhappy because now I am feeling cheated because the dealer " Orion Hyundai, Sector-14, Gurgaon" neither informed me about this scheme nor given any benefits being the old user of Hyundai cars. Thus this kind of behaviour forced me to write a customer complaint & made you aware of harassment, financial loss & mental agony etc. I hope a genuine effort will be put in this matter & the related benefits will be given to me at the earliest.
