I am geetha, i have given my hyundai eon (Kl 08 bn 8459) to pinnacle hyundai puzhakkal (Thrissur kerala) for its service. My son is working in the same firm as a sales consultant. The problem is that the service has been completed. But when billing in the ndms soft ware the name of owner of the car is not the same and also it is designated as a used car. I do not understand how this is possible it has been 3 to 4 days since my car is in the service station and i cannot take it due to the billing issue that is mentioned above. I also had informed the dealership about this issue but there has been no response from them till this moment. I request you to immediately correct this error for the release of my vehicle as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
