I20 Active Clutch malfunction repeatedly
Earlier I used Maruti Car 800 for 10 years since 1991, changed to HYUNDAI Santro in 2000 used for 11 years, again changed to TOYOTA Etios in 2011. Used the same for 5 years. I never faced any trouble with those new cars.
After retirement I have settled in Tollygunj, Kolkata leaving behind my Etios at my place of posting in Assam. With my Santro’s performance I became fond of Hyundai car. So, In 2018 I have purchased HYUNDAI i20 Active with extended warranty and till date it ran only @ 2500 Km. Car registration No- WB02N5035, VIN- MALBM51BLJM632018 Carried out scheduled servicing in time through your authorized service centre in Kolkata. Last year (2020) I was going with my family to attend an appointment with a doctor at Salt lake, the car started giving trouble with clutch and ultimately it totally bogged down at Kalikapur, Kolkata. Finally I had to cancel my appointment with the doctor and toed the car to your authorized Service Centre at Kalikapur, kolkata with the help of your road side service. Came back to home with my family by UBER car service. Next day received the car with the clutch problem resolved and also unscheduled servicing.
Now two weeks back (on 24/07/21) carried out scheduled service of my car and received car on same day. Yesterday I was going with my family to attend an invitation to New Town near Tata Memorial Hospital. After reaching near science city (10 Km from my home) my car started giving trouble in clutch, it became very hard and was not taking pick up. It was about to be bogged down. Somehow reached to destination. I tried to contact nearby service station, unfortunately failed. While coming back observed the same problem with clutch and gradually clutch became sooth. Ultimately and fortunately reached home safely but with huge anxiety and tension.
I have communicated the problem to your authorized service centre at Kalikapur and they have agreed to do the needful. As it seems it is a chronic problem and will keep on giving trouble without warning.
I am told by your personnel that the car requires frequent movement to avoid this clutch problem as there is inherent design problem in the transmission system. Nowhere in your brochure highlighted this or warn the customers. If it is a design issue, all these cars should have been called back and resolved the issue for ever. Moreover in CORONA lock down period how the car can be moved frequently and needless why one should move the car. Now it gives me pain that being a senior citizen I took a wrong decision in selecting the brand for a small car. Rather I invited trouble, anxiety and tension in my life from HYUNDAI in the form of i20 Active car.
I request your esteemed organization to resolve my issue permanently by replacing the whole transmission system to prove me that I have not taken any wrong decision in selecting the brand.

Unsatisfying servicing

Dear Sir/Madam,
I B. Manmadha Rao resident of Parvathipuram had given our CAR-AP35AE0302 to your Mango Hyundai Servicing centre near PM Palem on 05/08/2020 at 12:00pm regarding
AC Complaint, support panels, clutch plates, door handle repairs and car full body servicing along with interior cleaning. yesterday on 05/09/2020, we paid the 54000rs amount paid the your service center and you delivered the car at 11:00 am, then after ten minutes, we faced problem through clutch down. So again we raised complaint regarding this issue and returned our vehicle at 4:30 pm on same day with proper pair along with extra payment for cylinder damage costs 2350 with no proper receipts, we paid through Phone pe. Again, we faced problem with engine belt cutting during our way at 9:30pm so we called your centre for repair and they rectified the problem by 11:30 pm.
Overall, we are not satisfied with the servicing, no proper interior cleaning, AC working is not good and all these repairs after servicing in your centre which really disappointed us.No proper payment receipts and extra charging with not at all satisfactory servicing and we are not happy about this kind of service from you.

steering motor complaint of i20 (magna) reg:
Sir,
My i20 vehicle no. Kl23e 7446 have been replaced steering motor due to steering hard in last year 19/12/2019 at km. 13809 but the same complaint again came and eps light showing. One year not completed after replacing steering motor. As a customer i had an ambition to buy i20 car in my life but ambition was not fulfilled by the fault of the car. I am not satisfied with this product. Every year i can`t replace motor because it is highly expensive. So please do need ful. I expect a positive reply from your side.

Dear sir, i booked second hand car from shiva hyundai azamgarh, during booking they didnt told about cancellation charges but due to financial problem i didnt take that car and they are cutting 3000 rs out of booking amount 11000. And they forced me during booking to book the car and also told no amount will be diduct.

hyundai complaint

I am geetha, i have given my hyundai eon (Kl 08 bn 8459) to pinnacle hyundai puzhakkal (Thrissur kerala) for its service. My son is working in the same firm as a sales consultant. The problem is that the service has been completed. But when billing in the ndms soft ware the name of owner of the car is not the same and also it is designated as a used car. I do not understand how this is possible it has been 3 to 4 days since my car is in the service station and i cannot take it due to the billing issue that is mentioned above. I also had informed the dealership about this issue but there has been no response from them till this moment. I request you to immediately correct this error for the release of my vehicle as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
I gave my (Kl 35 h 9161) hyundai grand i10 magna 2nd service and claim work on 16th november 2018 at kottayam popular hyundai and loaded the vehicle for the work. The carriage of the front bumper in the claim process came to change, the bumper changed, but it was fitting, and painting was very bad. I also told them that the service had a complaint for the reverse gear and i did not fix it. When i caught my eye on this, i contacted the kottayam service center and took a complaint and then came up with an inquiry and said that the problem might be solved, kottayam service center's behavior of some staff is very bad. So i ask you to solve my problem as soon as possible. The copy of the bill that was paid in the service center also adds to the complaint of the painting.

HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA LIMITED(HMIL) is the best Car Manufacturing Company in India; The Company is recruiting candidates for our new Plants in Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Mumbai.
Your interview will be held at The Company Corporate office in New Delhi on 17th Of November 2012 at 11.30 AM, You will be pleased to know that out of the 58 candidates selected 48 candidates will be giving appointment, meaning that your Application can progress to final stage. You have to come to the company corporate office in New Delhi. Your offer letter, Flight Ticket and Hotel Reservation Letter will be sent to you by courier before date of interview. The Company can offer you a salary with benefits for this post 85, 000/- to 3, 00, 000/- P.M. + (HRA + D.A + Conveyance and other Company benefits. The designation and Job Location will be fixed by Company HRD at the time of final process. You have to come with photo-copies of all required documents.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS BY THE COMPANY HRD.
1) Photo-copies of Qualification Documents.
2) Photo-copies of Experience Certificates (If any)
3) Photo-copies of Address Proof
4) Six Passport Size Photograph.

You are to make a refundable cash surety deposit of Rs14,700/- (Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Rupees Only) in favor of our recruitment accountant officer name in charge to receive such payment. The refundable interview surety payment should be paid through any STATE BANK OF INDIA Branch closest to you. Account Number will be sent to you upon your response. This is a refundable interview security deposit. Your offer letter, Flight Ticket and Hotel Reservation Letter will be sent to your Home Address by courier after receiving the confirmation of interview security refundable deposit in any of the STATE BANK OF INDIA Account. This Company will pay all expenditure to you at the time of face-to-face meeting with in our office. The Job profile, salary offer, date, time of interview will be mentioned in your offer letter. Your offer letter will dispatch very shortly after receiving your confirmation of cash deposited in STATE BANK OF INDIA.
We wish you the best of luck for the subsequent and remaining stage. The last date of security refundable deposit in bank is 7th Of November 2012. The payment information should be provided after you have deposited the security refundable amount in bank to The Company HRD -direct recruitment via email. Your Letter with supporting document will be dispatched same time or day after by courier to your postal address after receipt of security deposited confirmation in bank. The interview process and arrangement expenditure will be paid by HYUNDAI MOTOR COMPANY for lodging, travelling and local conveyance actual will be paid by HYUNDAI MOTOR COMPANY as per bills. The candidate has to deposit the initial refundable security as mentioned by HRD.
NB: You are advice to reconfirm your mailing address and phone number in your reply. 14,500/- (Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Rupees) will be the refundable amount, as Rs.200/- rupees will be deducted as bank charges for fund deposit. If you are selected or not, the amount will still be refunded to you, as the amount is just to prove that you will be coming for the interview in order for us not to run at loss after sending you the flight ticket, hotel reservation and offer letter and you don't show up on the day of interview. This also applies as a seriousness test for all candidates as we aim at having serious minded staffs in our reputable organization.

My name is Mohamed Ali i am booking a grand i10 magna in popular Hyundai manjeri to pay 10000 rupees.booking time he promise meno cancelation charges.some financial problems I am take a used car. And I like to cancel my booking after 1 month but no response in that executive and company pls consider my request and gave my amount immediately

i purchased i10 magna on 31/12/2008 from kosmo hyundai,m/s Ahuja automobiles Amritsar with vin no.MALAM 51 CR 8 M,customer id C[protected] with clear understanding that i would be reimbursed an Amt.of Rs.12000 on account of exchange claim bonus(Rs.10000.oo) and for corporate bonus Rs.2000/=by virtue of the fact i am a govt.employee(doctor at civil hospital batala).The afore said commitment made by dealer (Ahuja automobiles) was assured to be honoured with in six months viz.by 30/6/2009.when contacted with dealer after six months,they stated that the claim lodged by me is without support of appropriate papers,which was absolutely not a fact as all the relevant papers were submitted to them with in time by me.only fault of mine is that i submitted the concerned papers in good faith of them without insisted for a receipt in this regard.I,however submitted all relevant documents once again on 17/8/2009 to them and to their head office of region/area at rajive gandhi IT park chandigarh as they asked me.Claim was also simultaneously lodged through e.mails,telephones time and again.Despite numerous Phone calls,e mails,personnel visits to dealer at amritsar,legal notices(13/3/2010 & reminder) claim has not been settled yet. It has caused me a great mental agony & pain because i am feeling cheated by co./dealer.plz do my favour.

Ahuja Automobiles — exchange Bonus
I, Lt Col A K Gupta, purchased a car I10 from the dealer, Ahuja Automobiles on 20 Sep 09, where i was told that there is a exchnge bonus offered by hyundai on sale of previous car while buying, present car. Accordingly i submitted the required documents to dealer within a month of purchase of this car, The dealer assured me that the cheque of Rs 15000.00 would be issued by the company and soon would be given as it comes to them. Since that day and now today, i have been complaining to the company on their toll free no. and as yet except false assurances from them, i have not got anything. I have registered my complaint with Hyundai is not even responding. on the issue and not a call from it to me has been made nor from the dealer even. My compliant id is[protected].I advise people not to trust the dealer or the company on the issue of false assurances at all. Also now i am fed up speaking to their customer care no. again and again with no fruitful outcome. I am now forced to take a legal action against the company very shortly.
