I'm writing in matter of an incident happened at Dilshad garden Himgiri service centre.
Car- Creta
Modl- Sxplus 2017
Number- DL 8C AR 0572
It has been a long delayed issue, started last year Jan, 20, when I first send my car for service and there was a issue in car which was untraceable, but there was some sound which made it obvious.
Staff there couldn't solve it, meanwhile one more issue came up and they closed the first issue, saying may be it wont happen again..
Later they took car back and it was there for 3 months the whole lockdown 2020, they returned the car without fixing the issue which they found (they dint had that part available) after a month it arrived and they took the car again.
No when after this when they returned the car (aftr 3weeks) the front mirror was cracked, front right side pillar black plate was cracked & door of boot/back) was not working.. and yes in every service so far there was always half tank used to be empty, I showed it to there staff they agreed to refill it the next time, bt they never did.
Now, my car has these 3 broken issues and 2 major issue of noise from inside the car, which Himgiri staff finally found at the last service but dint fix it, cos we needed the car and it was already 3 weeks that they had our car, bt dint fix it & wanted more time.
After all this, I thought to make an official complaint.
I'm taking a screen shot of this complaint, kindly revert back asap.
