[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — manhandling of the car during servicing | |
I gave my car hyundai i 10 for servicing at auto web hyundai on[protected] at 9:35 am and was informed that the car would be given back at 4 pm. after calling at 4 pm was told that it would be handed over at 5 pm after which it was delayed for another hour. At 6 pm utimately when i reached the service centre, very smartly they took the money, got the feedback form filled, just showing me the car from outside. Then suddenly to my surprise, they started the car with the plier, and when i objected, did they told me that the they are not being able to start the car with the keys. This was despite the fact that that they had themselves taken the car with me for a test drive before they started the servicing part. How was it that they faced no problem in starting the car at that time. Secondly, even if they were having problem of this sort, they could have called me up, since they were having my contact no. My point is that they manhandled my car's ignition, without taking me into confidence and even try to mutilate the things with the plier. More so, they are asking me for rs 1500/- for making the new car keys. Was this information helpful? | |
