I lost my keys of santro car. Auto web hyundai suggested me to take my car at their workshop for making duplicate keys but sorry to say they failed to execute the work in every corner and inflated the tentative repair cost from 1000/- to 15000/-. Job card also over write by supervisor and payment rs 1810/- recd forcefully for the work which was not done by them. The case pertains to concealing the facts/looting/escalation of cost/misbehaving/changing the documents. Earlier the complaint was lodged on 21/02/17 no matter sorted out.
