I purchased Hyundai Santro Sportz from Goyal Hyundai Ludhiana in August 2021...dealing was not satisfactory...I rated very less when I get a call from head office..but Mr Gurjeet Singh get my signature on blank form and he filled that form with 10/10 points...very disgusting...I met with an accident and company personnel took my car from home on 22.10.2021 and I requested to deliver it as early as possible...Mr Shashi said it will be delivered on 25.10.2021 till evening..but due to company's negligence the boy who was on the way to deliver my car was not trustworthy...I gave so many calls to him but he was taking so much time...it was very suspicious...the boy who was driving the car was without Licence...there was a naka on the way...he was wrongly driving the car due to which he was challaned...but as he was unable to show his License.. police asked for RC..but it was with me...Mr Shashi, Customer Care Manager, and unfortunately GM Mr. Satish all asked me to give my RC so that the car should not be Bond by the police .. I was not ready to give it because it was against rules as I was not at fault...and I knew it that after giving RC company will not pay any heed to it...and I was very much right...I gave my RC to Mr Rajesh and Shashi and they promised to give it back after paying challan..the car was delivered to me at 11.45 p.m...i was totally harassed..but till date I didn't get my RC ..I am giving calls to almost all the people of Goyal Hyundai Ludhiana but now they are not even picking my call and making fake excuses every day...kindly resolve the issue otherwise I have to take legal action against the company.
