Hyundai Motor India — mileage, service and after sales service | |||
Bought my huyndai verna from koncept hyundai green park. Manager assigned to me asked me to contact them whenever i have to book service or insurance claim. He even forced me to buy insurance from him for smooth claim settlement. But right after delivery whenever i tried to approach them for important issues like navigation not working or mileage being v low. Even vn my car met with an accident, they did not provide any assistance and kept my car in bodyshop for 1 month, claim settlement was also a problem. I have given feedbacks, have spoken to managers but i think hyundai does not believe in quality customer servic3 Was this information helpful? | |||
