I booked a venue S model on 29th of oct 2020. It was promised to me that the vehicle would be delivered on 12th or 13th of Nov.
Even after booking on 29th oct 2020, the receipt that i received bore a date of 6th of nov 2020. I should have been alarmed by this itself. But, since i was busy in my marriage i didnt bother .
Basically this car is booked in name of my sister. The executives there then pressed hard to make down payment as well as to get loan disbursed. The same was done also.Afterwards the sales executive said that the delivery wont be possible on 13th and the same would be done on 16th of nov by 12 o clock.It was ok to me. On 16th of nov when i called the executive, he didnt pick up my calls. I rushed to the show room and there it was told to me that no such vehicle is going to be delivered to me on the said date.Neither any confirmation of delivery date could be made.
After pursuing them for 3 more days, i was informed that the vehicle would be delivered to me on 5th of dec 2020.
It is sheer conning. It not only caused me inconvenience but They got my loan disbursed and now i have to pay the interest amount also.
Further i had informed all my relatives that the delivery would be made on 16th but that too didnt happen.Moreover, i am using a rented car afor my daily to fro from office .All this has caused me incomparable inconvenience.
If this is the pre sales service, the after sales service could be well imagined. Kindly arrange delivery of my vehicle at the earliest as the way the executives have treated me has caused me a lot of mental agony . Is this the way business is done? Was this information helpful? |
