Hyundai Motor India — My new car is damage by company

Hlo I have creta car which no is PB08 ET8016.As per due of 2nd service i have gone to hyundai showroom near vadala chowk jalandhar.After service when i received my car It has been damage of bumper & light. company guys says its our fault so i change ur bumper & light. After 3 days when i received my car but there is no new bumper they repair it but scrach r seen & no light replace. i want to now that what is my fault . To much harresment. my new car has been painted now its not orrignal.
