Hyundai Motor India — My new Hyundai Xcent - KL039-G-6633

To Whomsoever it may concern, I am writing this complaint in relation to my new car (Hyundai Xcent –optional) which I recently bought from VTJ Hyundai, Kannadikaadu, NH Bypass, Kerala on 22nd August 2014. Unfortunately, the car has broken down suddenly on the highway while driving without any warning sign on the dash board on 3rd Oct 2014 (That is just 42 days from date of delivery of the vehicle). Later the vehicle has been tough to the service station and found that the clutch has burned out completely and the associated sensor has also damaged. Now I am told from the company that as clutch does not comes under warranty they have asked to pay around 9500.00. I am really frustrated with what has happened to the vehicle as it has covered just 3200KM and I am the only person who used the car. I have already mailed the concerned people in Hyundai regarding this concern but have not got any proper response from them. Today I came to know from the merchant that my request to cover the damaged parts from Hyundai is rejected and I have to pay the money. Also letting you know that due to the shortage of the sensor my vehicle is with the merchant for the past one week. I want this to be treated as manufacturing defect and expecting the authority to take this up so that I get the justice. Thanks & Regards Tibu Justine
