Hyundai Motor India — Needs better and early service | |||||
Almost after 1 week of purchase i observed fumes from ac vent. Which i complained to the seller. The seller did not accept my words and told that must be mist and cannot be fume. The same incident happened again after 2 days. I did inform them but the answer from them was same. Neither service engineer came to check the vehicle nor did they ask me to bring the vehicle to their service center. On 2nd july 2017, sunday, i drove the vehicle for around 80 to 90 km. A flow of fume came out from the engine and vehicle get stop on the road. When i opened the lid of engine, a huge amount of diesel was around/over the engine. Immediately i asked help from the seller. It was around 6.30pm. They told all the service engineers have left and no service can be provided by them at that point of time. They have assisted me with the toll-free number of hyundai which is available by internet. Still fumes was releasing. On sunday, after 6 days of previous issue, 8th july 2017, after traveling almost 40 km, lots of fume released from the engine. Stopped my vehicle at road-side. Did raise a request at hyundai customer care and requested hyundai service for help. They again took my vehicle to service station. I need a solution. Please do the needful at the earliest. I wrote an email for which i did not get any response from the seller or service center. Was this information helpful? | |||||
