I have verna sx purchased in 2013. I faced clutch breakdown issue in my car in the first quater of my purchase. Ever since that repair i have been facing problem related to clutch. I have communicated the same to auto web in every service, but they neglected the same every time. This time i refused to send my vehicle to there workshop but. They assured to resolve my problem and called my vehicle for the service. They have raised 16000/- bill additional for the clutch repair. Km running is only 27000km.
Please help me understand as, why should i be held liable to pay this amount for the negligence on part of your workshop, when we know that they deliberately neglected my problem and waited so that it may worsen. Why did'nt the recognised the problem during my free service tenure.
I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated on part of the hyundai and its service centre. This experience will definitely impact my purchase decision. Was this information helpful? |
