Hyundai Motor India — New Booking - lack of response of delivery date from dealer. | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I, the undersigned Mr. Ameya Kamat, write to you with immense unhappiness and frustration regarding the booking done at Trident Hyundai, K.R.Puram for my new car -- Hyundai New Creta. I had carried out the booking with a token advance of Rs. 10000/- on 29th Nov 2020 and was assured a delivery date commitment by February 2021 end. On continual follow ups with your sales representative and also re visits a couple of times, i was given to understand that there is a price increase (which i was okay with since was told it is from the company end every year) and further was made to pay advance to the tune of 3 lacs.(1 lac on 27th Jan and 2 lacs on 28th Jan) Today being 7th February 2021and after paying 3.10 lacs also i am not been made aware or informed when my car would be delivered. Having visited many car showrooms and zeroing down on a Hyundai car once again as my second dream vehicle (my first too being a Hyundai I 10), it makes me revisit my decision of going ahead with Hyundai brand when I was advised for better service by competitors. Please let me know on an immediate basis whether i would be made aware of the delivery date or would request to refund my advance money back with the interest dues and i would move ahead with other options.
