I had booked a Verna S(O)AT1.6CC with Talwar Hyundai Dealer in Secunderabad vide Customer Docket no. SD2015/1089 on 24th of September 2015.
In fact I wanted to buy a Creta, but the salesman diverted us to Verna saying that the delivery of Creta is not possible before Dipawali since the booking period is 2 months (for Creta).
I am a since starting a customer of Maruti and are very happy with their product and after sales services.
At the outset we were very happy with your sales team response and promptness and Technical Knowledge of the product which prompted us to divert to Hyundai from Suzuki.
But we are sorry to say that we have not till today received delivery of Vehicle nor is the Dealer able to confirm the date of delivery. We placed the order for Verna since we were assured that we will receive vehicle within a week.
Verna we booked in exchange of our old Maruti 800 and the old car was delivered to the dealer on 31/10/15. Since then we are without any vehicle and are suffering because of the false promises made to us by the dealer.
Now we are regretting why we in the first place choose Hyundai Car.
We are sorry to say that our first experience with Hyundai is bad and unforgettable.
We request you to please tell us the correct status of delivery of vehicle. And improve your after sales services so that no one else has to suffer as we have suffered. Was this information helpful? |
