Hyundai Motor India — New Hyundai Verna 1.4 purchased but dealer is not delivering the car. | |||
Respected Sir, I have booked a new car Hyundai Verna 1.4 on 9th December 2016 with a booking amount of Rs.30000 from dealer Mohan Motors kolkata. Handed over all the documents on the same day and process the rest bank loan. On 26th December 2016 after dealer confirmed that car is now in their stock I have asked bank to disburse the loan which ha.s been received by the dealer on the same day. Now before they send the car for registration dealer asked my office ID card copy as they are claiming that I have been given corporate discount of Rs 20000 which was no where mentioned in the entire communication and order booking form. I denied to give my ID card copy and asked dealer if corporate discount has to be availed then it has to be parked to the customer above the negotiated car price with the dealer else deliver the car without corporate discount for which payment already made. Now the situation is they are not delivering the car and neither cancelling the order from their end.If customer cancel the order then there will be a cancellation charge which customer has to bear.This is a complete harassment to the customer who is buying car from their pocket and not getting proper resolution.
