Dear Hyundai,
we have placed an order on 13th March 2021, for creta E variant and as per the showroom team, we were expecting our vehicle in the month of June end or July beginning.
But we received the vehicle in the end of July, and we have released the ICICI loan amount of 8.5 lakhs and 50, 000 in cash in the month of July end.
But on 3rd August, we received an initiation to pay extra 60, 000. informing the price hike has been placed immediately. we are surprised to note, there is no consideration providing to the existing order placed, even though we waited for our vehicle for 5 months.
we felt, hyundai has backstroked us by not providing the actual price at the time of booking or neither intimation provided early about the fees increase and the effective date. I think we are buying the car and waiting period of 5 months was taken from us and also taken us for granted and not the gold whose price varies daily.
Hope you will consider the above case, and provide the car at the old rate which existed at the time of booking the car. Hope Hyundai understand the current situation and provide fees waiver to the existing booking who have paid more than 80% of the car value.
