Hyundai Motor India — no delivery of car/ refund | |||||
Hi, I am bharat and had booked grand i10 sportz 2018 model on 10 march 2018 from r square hyundai, chembur mumbai. I was asked to pay the rs 60, 000.00 as booking amount. I was further told that vehicle will be delivered in next ten days after making balance payment in a week time. I paid total rs 6, 60, 000.00 towards complete delivery but so far i have received only mental harassment from their staff. It is more than three months since the booking/payment and they have neither delivered nor refunded the paid money. R square staff is not very efficient and they are master is bluffing and cheating innocent persons. R square md and their senior staff do not respect their positions and promise words. They have cheated me and other customers like me who have paid money from their hardcore earning and savings. I do not know when i will get back my money back. I have visited many times to r square office with my family and met manager mr. Arun but i got only written and verbal promises. My son who was very crazy about hyundai car suddenly started hating after all these incident which happened in past few months. I am also regretting now that why did i chose hyundai products who do not care about their customers. I request manager, hyundai motors india to help me and give justice.
