I have contacted the Blulink customer service with ([protected]) for immediate assistance for tracking of my stolen vehicle on 10th April.
The executive did not help me and instead started explaing the process and documents needed. I provided the details on call itself, I am the owner, provided the registed mobile number, email and RC also. Also told that I am lodgning the FIR and can provide it as soon as I get the copy from Police. I did not get any support and I lost my vehicle (Alcazar- Prestige 7S). No tracing could be done, it was taken away by theives at 3.30am early morning as per CCTV footage.
Very irresponsible and careless service, the execuitve should be held accountable for my loss (18Lacs). Was this information helpful? |
